"I ordered from Simply Earth, and..."
I ordered from Simply Earth, and overall the products themselves were fine, but I was a bit let down by the packaging. The box arrived looking beat up, and one of the bottles had leaked a little inside. Thankfully, nothing was completely ruined, but it did make a mess and didn’t feel like the best experience. I think they really need to secure the oils better for shipping. I’d consider ordering again in the future, but only if the packaging is improved.

I really wanted to be excited about Simply Earth, but i’m still not fully sold on the purity of the oils. Some of them smelled nice right away, but a few came across a little weak or almost like they were blended with something else, which made me second-guess them.
Maybe I’m being picky, but if you care a lot about clear testing info and knowing exactly what you’re putting on your skin or diffusing, this might save you some time: I’d look for a brand that gives more detailed info upfront. For the price, I just expected to feel a lot more confident.

"Good products, but customer service was a joke"
The products themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. But trying to get help was such a pain. Customer service took forever to reply to my emails, and I had to follow up more than once just to get a basic answer. Not the worst experience ever, but those slowpokes made it way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Charity part was harder to understand than it should be"
I mainly ordered because the charity side sounded nice, but I came away not really knowing where the money goes or how much of my purchase actually helps. It felt like a simple thing that should’ve been explained clearly, but instead I had to guess.
Maybe the details are buried somewhere on the site, but I didn’t feel like digging around just to trust the mission. If a brand is going to lead with giving back, I’d expect the info to be easy to find and straightforward. I probably wouldn’t buy again

"Still Confusing for Beginners"
I really wanted this to work for me, but once again I ended up feeling lost because the instructions just weren’t clear enough. It’s frustrating running into the same kind of issue again when you’re trying to learn from scratch.

"Way more stressful than it needed to be"
I’m not happy with the experience. My order showed up late, and trying to get help from support just added more stress I wasn’t expecting. They barely gave me any useful updates, so I was left waiting and worrying for no reason.

"Ingredient info really needs to be clearer"
I do like some of the oils I’ve tried, but the ingredient information has been frustratingly hard to pin down. A few product pages felt vague, especially when I was trying to compare blends or figure out exactly what’s in them. I ended up feeling like I had to dig around way too much for basic details, and if this doesn’t get clearer, I’d probably reach out to customer service before ordering again. The products aren’t bad, but the transparency could definitely be better...

I was hoping for a natural lavender scent, but it smelled more like cheap perfume than real lavender. It also had that kind of generic, no-real-person-behind-it feel, like not much care went into making it smell authentic.

"Got the wrong oils in my order"
My order showed up today, but two of the oils in the box were the wrong ones. Not exactly what I was hoping to deal with, you know? I emailed support, but I still haven’t gotten a clear answer on how they’re going to fix it. Hopefully they sort it out soon...

"Wanted to Like It, But the Selection Felt Kind of Repetitive"
I really did want to like it, and maybe it works better if you’re mainly looking for the basics, but for me the selection just felt limited. I kept scrolling and thinking, wait, didn’t I just see something like this? Lots of similar oils and kits, but not much that matched what I actually needed. It wasn’t bad exactly, just not enough variety for me.

"The pricing just doesn’t feel fair"
I really wanted to like Simply Earth, but the cost started to bother me quickly. The boxes are cute and all, but for what you actually get, it felt overpriced. I also noticed some items seemed cheaper elsewhere, which made the subscription feel less like a deal and more like I was paying extra for the packaging and convenience. What really bugged me was how the policies seem to leave these little loopholes where you end up stuck paying for things even when the value doesn’t feel there. I ended up cancelling because I just couldn’t justify the price anymore
"Shipping was slower than expected"
My experience started off frustrating because the package took much longer to arrive than I expected. For several days, there were no tracking updates, so I had no idea where it was or when it would show up. Once it finally arrived everything was there, but the lack of updates made the wait feel a lot longer.

I liked some of the stuff in the box, but I’m a little confused about the value. It’s decent overall, just feels kinda pricey for what you get sometimes.

I ordered thinking this would be a more eco-friendly choice, but there was so much extra packaging in the box that it felt misleading. I hate feeling like I paid for the “green” option and still ended up contributing to unnecessary waste. Definitely don’t want to risk ordering again and being disappointed twice...

"They were fine, but not great"
I really wanted to love these oils, and maybe I just expected too much, but they were kind of underwhelming. The scents were light, like I’d put them in the diffuser and then a little while later I could barely tell they were there. Also, one of the bottles had this weird stale smell to it, which threw me off. Not terrible or anything, and the packaging was fine, but for the price I thought they’d be stronger or just better overall.

I’ve been happy with the variety of projects each month. There’s always a good mix to try, and while a few haven’t really been my style, I appreciate that there are enough options to find something I enjoy. Overall, it feels reliable and worth checking out.

"Not really the best fit for families"
I wanted to like this, but i kept thinking, hmm, I’m not sure this is great to have around kids. Some of the oils smelled really strong, like stronger than I expected, and I found myself worrying about whether they were okay to use near my family. The information also felt a bit unclear, so I was kind of left guessing instead of feeling confident. Overall, it just didn’t feel very family friendly to me.

I only had Simply Earth for a little while, but canceling ended up being painless. I was kind of expecting it to be a whole hassle, but once you poke around the site a bit, the option is there and you can get it done quickly. It did take me a minute to find it, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, smooth experience, so I’d give it 4 stars

Not gonna lie, using the site was kind of annoying. Pages took forever to load, and I kept getting lost just trying to find basic things that should’ve been easy to get to.

"I’ve ordered from Simply Earth maybe 2..."
I’ve ordered from Simply Earth maybe 2 or 3 times now, and overall they seem legit. One order took a little longer than I expected, maybe by a few days, but they kept me updated and it never felt weird or shady.
I also like that they share ingredient info and keep the packaging simple instead of making it feel overly fancy. The prices aren’t exactly the lowest, but they’re reasonable enough that I feel fine ordering from them. I’d give them around 4 stars for now since I’ve only been using them for a short time.
